Responsible for managing a system to maintain and improve the integrity of facilities, equipment, processes and employees. Incorporate the various aspects of Total Productive Maintenance- (Reactive, Preventative, Predictive) in accordance with regulations, policies, procedures and business practices.
Responsible for managing a capital and expense process that ensures proactive identification of equipment upgrades, and replacements to support quality operations.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide leadership, direction, and organization of day to day maintenance tasks.
Manage the Planning and Scheduling process, assigning work orders to maintenance technicians, and monitoring schedule compliance, break-ins and stock outs that impact individual performance.
Research and obtain quotes for scheduled repairs, PM Outage repairs and Expense Projects, with the Leadership Team, within the plant budget.
Manage the Predictive Maintenance Schedule, ensuring scheduling compliance; PMs completed accurately; PM database updated as new information emerges.
Ensure all plant and equipment manuals, schematics and drawings are current; establishing processes to modify drawings.
Ensure compliance with OSHA/Regulatory Reporting for equipment, utilities and facilities.
Manage the training requirements and developmental needs for the Maintenance Organization, ensuring timely compliance to regulatory (Federal and State) and corporate expectations.
Manage the spare parts and consumable inventory, maintenance shop and company tools within required Safety/ Environmental, Business Controls and THM requirements.
Manage Energy usage, costs and procurement.
Manage the Capital process, developing Project Requests for equipment upgrades, modifications, facility modifications or expansion projects.
Member of the Leadership Team, ensuring organizational focus on site objectives; compliance with regulatory requirements; organizational development
Bachelor’s Degree or Five years equivalent Maintenance experience in related fields.
Strong technical and supervisory skills.
