Creative Desing and Marketing

Responsibilities:

 
  • Work with our corporate office to develop marketing designs that are consistent with our corporate guidelines.  These design projects include product illustrations, logos, website graphics and content, videos, etc.
  • Work with current and prospective customers on a variety of marketing collateral, images, etc.  These designs and sales tools make sales efforts easier and more effective.
  • Develop and maintain marketing tools for trade shows such as booth designs, banners, etc.
  • Work with internal teams to design flyers, labels, and training materials.
  • Organize and maintain a project log to track open projects.  This process will also require setting and meeting deadlines assigned to projects.
  • Responsible for acquiring quotes as well as overseeing the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits and other promotional and print materials.
  • Monitors and replenishes inventories of printed materials as needed for the company as well as customers.
  • Maintains organized archives of images, photos, or previous work products.
 Knowledge:
  • Design — Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Communications and Media — Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
  • English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Experience and Education: 
  • College Degree Preferred with an emphasis in graphic design or related field
  • Previous work in creative design and creation of marketing materials

  • Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
  • Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
  • Independence - Job requires developing one's own ways of doing things, guiding oneself with little or no supervision, and depending on oneself to get things done.
  • Cooperation - Integrity - Job requires being honest and ethical.
  • Initiative - Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
