Description/Job Summary

This position reports to the Business Development Manager for Inside Sales, with a focus on the commercial needs of all segments of the company.  

This position is responsible for customer pricing needs, product needs and ultimately increasing sales.


  • Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts
  • Develop and successfully implement the company’s sales and strategic plan
  • Develop organic growth for existing customers
  • Acquire new customers
  • Interpret customer requirements and proactively translate into increased revenue and profitability
  • Responsible for detailed pricing quotations through completion of sales cycle
  • Maintain report/logs and follow up on quotations through completion of sales cycle
  • Conduct customer meetings/communications with clear directive, record thorough notes and complete agreed follow-up
  • Commercialize new product or market/customer developments
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives, key customer and fellow employees to provide direction with regard to priorities, product education, etc
  • Analyze customer activity to identify large monthly variances and work with Sales Representative and internal team to address the variances.
  • Maintain and update Customer price lists, track deviated pricing and POD’s.  
  • Support Marketing needs, including tradeshows, promotional materials, product campaigns, customer sample requests, and more.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports and updates
  • Forward suggestions for improvement or evolution of Sales and Service processes
  • Adhere to Fantapak and Inteplast business practices and philosophies
  • All other duties as directed by management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Required Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales or Service

Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required
